How indobwt Collects and Uses Your Information
When you create an account with us, we collect the details you submit during registration — your name, contact information, and the credentials you choose. As you navigate the lobby, place sports bets, or fund your wallet, we also record transactional data: the payment method used (GoPay, QRIS, or Bank Transfer), the amounts involved, and timestamps tied to each action. We collect this because it is necessary to operate your account, process withdrawals back to your wallet, and respond to support requests you raise with us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns may be analysed internally to improve how the lobby, wallet flow, and account navigation work for you. Where law in eligible Indonesia regions requires us to retain records — for example, transaction logs tied to your Bank Transfer or GoPay activity — we keep them for the period the applicable regulation specifies, then remove them. You can review what data is associated with your account by logging in and opening the account section, or by contacting our support team directly. Availability of specific data-handling features depends on local law and the region where your account is registered.
-
GoPay Transactions
Every GoPay deposit and withdrawal tied to your account is logged with a timestamp and status. You can review this history inside your account dashboard after login. We retain these records as required by applicable regulation in supported Indonesia regions.
-
QRIS Payment Records
QRIS scan payments are recorded against your account session and wallet balance. The record shows the amount, date, and resulting wallet update. We do not store the QR image itself — only the transaction metadata needed to verify the payment completed correctly.
-
Bank Transfer Logs
Bank Transfer entries include the reference number, amount, and confirmation status. If a transfer is queried, our support team uses this log to trace the status. Records are held for the retention period required under applicable local rules and then deleted.
-
Account Login Data
We log login timestamps and the device type used to access your account. This is used to detect unusual access patterns and to help you verify your own session history through the security section of your account page.
